The cuisine we practise is deeply rooted in the gastronomic culture of the Amalfi Coast.
We operate according to two essential principles: respect for raw ingredients and care for authentic flavours. Fresh, seasonal and local ingredients are carefully selected so that the flavours speak of the sea, the land and the unique bond that unites this land with its sea.
We do not seek narrative effects or dishes designed to impress: each course is designed to leave room for the raw ingredients, their nuances and their stories. In this way, the cuisine becomes a dialogue with the history and culture of Positano, without forcing anything, always true to itself.

The sea is a constant presence: freshly caught fish, recipes born from the life of fishermen, the lightness of the preparations.
The land is memory: hand-rolled pasta, fragrant olive oil, lemon that accentuates, balances and caresses.
Tradition is the starting point, never a limitation.
Creativity is a gesture that opens the way to the new without losing what matters.
