Learning by cooking

The Cooking Class at Ristorante Buca di Bacco was born from the desire to share Mediterranean cuisine in a direct and authentic way.
It is not a simple demonstration, but a moment of real participation, in which guests come into contact with the gestures, ingredients and rhythms of Positano’s gastronomic tradition.
An experience designed for those who want to understand cuisine through doing, with simplicity and attention.

The Cooking Class is led by our chefs, who accompany guests in the preparation of traditional recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Each step is explained clearly, respecting the timing of the cooking and leaving room for dialogue and sharing.

The journey follows a natural logic: from the choice of raw ingredients to the final preparation, without shortcuts or artifice.

The cooking class is available every day.

  • Start: 3:45 p.m.
  • Duration: approximately 2 hours
  • Final tastingfinale: from 6:00 p.m

Where

The course takes place in the open kitchen of the Buca di Bacco Restaurant, in an informal and welcoming environment, where you can observe the movements and work of our chefs up close and actively participate.

  • Minimum number: 2 people. Minimum age: 15 years old.
  • Groups of up to 10 people
  • Private courses can be organised by writing to cooking@bucadibacco.it
